In Victoria, work on the drinking water supply must be carried out by a licensed plumber, and whole-house and reverse osmosis systems also need correct backflow protection so filtered or waste water cannot flow back into the mains. Most under-sink systems are done in a couple of hours. A whole-house system usually takes half a day, depending on where the main supply enters the property and how much copper work is needed. In nearly all cases we install, commission and test on the same visit.

Yes. We service and replace cartridges on all the common brands, whether or not we installed the system. Most cartridges need changing every six to twelve months depending on your water and how much you use. If you are not sure when yours was last done, we can check the condition and tell you.
